Take the pledge

With my pledge I commit to:​

• Cut my ties with politicians and banks unless they are serious about ending our reliance on coal and gas. Politicians who are not genuinely committed won’t get my vote.

• Spread the message – so others will join in, take the pledge and spread the message further

​

Science tells us that we must act with urgency.

​

We must reduce our emissions by at least 45% by 2030, reach net zero emissions by 2050, and put an end to new coal and gas projects – right now.  

​

That is what our politicians must commit to, at a minimum, if they are serious about tackling climate change.
